Processing and Shipping Times

Free In-Store Pick Up, please allow 1 – 3 business days.

Delivery within Calgary, please allow 1 – 5 business days. Once your order has processed you will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Out Of City Delivery, please allow 3 – 14 business days. Once your order has processed (this may take up to 5 business days) you will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Does The Rocket deliver to my area? 

All deliveries within Calgary will be fulfilled and delivered by Atripco Courier Company or Canada post with some exceptions.

For any deliveries outside of Calgary we will use a courier. It is preferred that you use a business address for shipping but we can ship to most residential addresses and some rural addresses. Due to our courier restrictions we cannot ship to PO boxes.

The Rocket does not itself ship outside of Alberta.  If you request delivery outside of Alberta, you thereby authorize us to engage a shipper on your behalf to pick up your order from our store and deliver it as you instruct.  You are solely responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws of the place where you have directed the courier to deliver your order.

Please confirm during checkout if we can ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, you will only have the option of in store pickup in Calgary, Alberta.

How will my order be packaged?

The Rocket always does its best to ensure your order is well packaged, using cardboard box and/or mailer’s sleeves, however, once the package leaves our warehouse, The Rocket is no longer liable for it.

Cancelling and Editing Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed as we begin processing it immediately. All items for shipping must be placed on the same order. Orders will not be combined.

Returns

The Rocket’s  goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact info@therocket.ca

The following criteria apply in most cases:

  • If the item(s) is in saleable condition, the purchase price will be refunded. If the item has been shipped outside Calgary, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Faulty items will be evaluated on an individual basis before a decision is made.

A re-stocking fee may apply.

GENERAL POLICIES

Will I get bombarded with emails? 
You will only receive an email from The Rocket when there are new items in the market, sales or events.

When will I be charged? 
Your credit card will not be charged until The Rocket can confirm the products you ordered are available. If some items are out of stock, we will contact you as to how you would like to proceed with your order.

Can I use my debit card? 
At this time, The Rocket only accepts Canadian VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards online.

Do you have PayPal? 
At this time you cannot use PayPal to pay for your order.

Can I use an International Credit Card? 
The Rocket only accepts Canadian Credit Cards with a Canadian billing address.

Product Availability

We usually have the items displayed on our website in-store and ready for you, but this is not always the case. Product availability is based on what is available through www.coyotetshirts.ca. We find out if a product is available when we order items not currently held in our warehouse. The Rocket does not process your credit card until we can guarantee your item availability.

If we find that a product you ordered is out of stock, our knowledgeable Customer Service team members will offer insightful alternative suggestions to help complete your order. You may always cancel your order if items are found to be out of stock.

Website Troubleshooting

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes at coyotetshirts.ca. We make it our mission to give you the best online shopping experience, however, if you are experiencing trouble with our site, here are some troubleshooting tips to try which may resolve the issue.

The first and foremost step would be to click the Refresh button on your browser. Alternatively, you may use the default keyboard shortcut (Control+R on Windows operating systems and Command+R on Mac OSX). You would be surprised how often this fixes the problem.

If that does not work, try going to your Browser History and clearing out your website Cookies and your Cache.

If you have a problem logging in, clear your Cookies.

Last but not least, some browsers can cause website display issues or have the website behave irregularly. If you are having trouble with one browser, try switching to another one and often that will resolve the issue.

If you come across a problem that you can’t solve with these basic tips, please send us an email immediately so we can assist you. If you are emailing us about a website issue, please include the following information:

  • The issue you were having. Please be as specific as possible. While quoting,”your website doesn’t work” or “it didn’t let me buy anything” will not help us get to the bottom of the problem.
  • If you were looking to buy an item, please give us the name, colour and size of the item so that we can make sure it is available in inventory. Also provide us with the browser you were using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc).
  • Your operating system (Windows, MAC, Linux, etc).
  • The device you were using (laptop, PC, mobile phone, etc).
  • Did you try any of the troubleshooting ideas listed above? If so, which ones?
